National Link Financial ATM's are located inside the North Mall just outside the jcpenney entrance and in the South Mall Center Court near the Kid's Play Area.

Kiddie Rides
There are many kiddie rides located throughout the mall to provide entertainment and smiles for your children.  Rides and Games include photo booths, candy machines, iReality virtual roller coaster, a Carousel and many more!

Mall Gift Cards
Mall Gift Cards branded by American Express are available for purcahse at the Guest Services Booth loacted at the South end of the mall near the Food Court.  You may place an order online or speak with a Guest Services Representative by calling (831) 449-7594.

Post Office Drop Box/Fed Ex Drop Box
The Post Office Drop Box is located outside the UPS Store in the front of the mall.

Safe Environment
Northridge Mall Security Team offers a variety of security assistance to servce you.  Trained officers work to provide a safe and secure shopping environment both inside and outside the center via foot patrol, bicycle unit and by vehicle and with the support of a camera surveillance system.  If Northridge Mall shoppers need in-store assitance, car escort, lost and found, or property assistance, please call (831) 443-5633.

Smarte Carte Stollers
Smarte Carte Strollers are available for rent in two sizes: Single (blue) and Double (red).  Single Stroller rental fees are $5 and Double Stroller rental fees are $7, and $.50 is refundable when the stoller is returned.  Single Strollers are located at the South mall entrance near the Guest Services Booth, near the Sears entrance, and next to the Carousel in the North center court.  Double Strollers are located in the North center court.

Soft Seating/ Massage Chairs
Soft Seating is provided throughout the entire center to provide you with a comfortable place to rest and relax to help to enhance your shopping experience.  Massage chairs are located in the South Mall near the Sears entrance.

Vending Machines
Northridge Mall has a variety of Coca Cola products available to quench your thirs near just about every mall entrance.  For your sweet tooth, candy dispensers are aslo available.  Other necessities are available in machines located at the entrance to each restroom, such as Tylenol, lip balm, Antacids, and more.

Wheelchairs

WiFi
Northridge Mall offers FREE Wireless Internet (WiFi) available to our shoppers in the Food Court in the South Mall.
