Northridge Mall offers all of our visitors a wide variety of services and amenities, including:
- Family restrooms is located in the north mall.
- ATM - located in the food court and near Starbucks kiosk
- Kiddie Activities
- Smarte Carte Strollers®
- Vending Machines
- Wheelchairs - Please call Security at (831) 443-5633.
- WIFI - Do you have Wifi? Yes, look for the WiFi network called “Free_NorthridgeMall” and enter in your email address for free WiFi access.
- Charging stations - There are floor plugs at many of the seating locations.
- Restrooms located in food court, center court near JCPenney and north mall near Sheri’s cookies.
PARKING SERVICES
There is no reserved parking, so parking is available throughout the center.
SECURITY
Northridge Mall Security Team offers a variety of security assistance to serve you. Trained officers provide a safe and secure shopping environment both inside and outside the center via foot patrol, bicycle unit and by vehicle and with the support of a state of the art camera surveillance system. SMART CARTE STROLLERS
There are two stroller locations at Northridge Mall. You will find a stroller location in front of Diamond Wireless and in front of EB Games and Cricket Wireless.
ATM
There are two ATMs located at Northridge Mall. If you're short on shopping cash or need to check your account balance, stop at one of our safe, convenient ATMs. Please find one in the food court next to Taqueria El Pastor and the other in front of Starbucks.
GIFT CARDS
No mall gift cards can be purchased but gift cards can be purchased at individual retailer locations.
